Purchase conditions, payment guidance, refund standards, class access, and feedback-board visibility are collected here for international buyers.
Before Checkout
The purchase page shows the current product, price, and payment method before checkout. Card approval may require issuer authentication or additional review by the card network.
- Do not send card numbers, CVC, passwords, or authentication codes to HIGHTEMP support.
- If an issuer or gateway error appears, contact your card issuer first and then HIGHTEMP support if needed.
Refund Standards
Refund eligibility is based on the payment date and usage history. Opening, clicking, or playing a paid lesson counts as usage history.
- Refund requests must be made within the eligible period shown in the refund standards.
- Full Class purchases are handled as one package and are not partially refunded by chapter.
Class Access
After approved payment, class access is provided through My Page. Course access and video playback proof are tracked separately from the payment-gateway approval process.
- Single chapter purchases and Full Class purchases may grant different access ranges.
- English subtitles are prepared for the Allright Class lesson videos.
Feedback Board
The Feedback Board is active for class-related feedback. To protect private training feedback, a post can be opened only by its author and site administrators.
- Other buyers can see that the board is active, but private post details are protected.
- Please use the board for class feedback after purchase and access confirmation.
